The South Canterbury Art Society holds an annual Exhibition in the local Aigantighe Art Gallery. This event is open to all artists to provide them with the opportunity to showcase their work and compete alongside other artists*. The work is selected and judged with winners receiving sought after prizes on opening night. This event will run from the 27th September until the 27th October . The Gallery is open free of charge giving people the opportunity to purchase local, quality works for their homes. There is a wide range of artwork available ranging from paintings, work on paper to sculptures,
